SOP on Cleaning of P.P. Cap Sealing Machine
1.0 Purpose: This SOP describes the procedure for cleaning of P.P. Cap sealing machine.
2.0 Scope: This SOP applies to operating staff of the production department.
3.0 Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the Production Supervisor to ensure that the procedure is followed.
4.0 Materials and Equipment:
4.01 Nylon brush
4.02 Isopropyl alcohol
5.0 Procedure:
5.01 Remove all the materials from the surrounding area of the P.P. Cap sealing machine.
5.02 Remove all the visible residual powder adhering to the surface of the P.P. Cap sealing machine with the help of a nylon brush.
5.03 Clean all the surfaces of the P.P. Cap sealing machine with the wet cloth soaked in Isopropyl alcohol.
5.04 Allow the machine to dry in air.
