This document details
the procedure for the Operation of Centrifuge
2.0 WHY
written procedure will be followed for the Operation of Centrifuge and its use
monitored in order to ensure that the operation is carried uniformly by any of
the analyst so as to avoid any deviation from the procedure.

5.1 OPERATION
that all knobs are in normal position.
5.1.3
Open the upper glass lid by releasing
the lock and lifting it up.
5.1.4
Place the centrifuge tube in the
compartment provided for it
5.1.5
The component is designed in such a
way to place six centrifuge tubes at a time.

Switch âONâ the mains.

Adjust the RPM speed by the Knob
provided on the front side panel of the
Instrument. This scale can measure the RPM
from â0â to â6000â..

Set the required time by the TIMER
setting knob having range â0â to â60â
minutes.
5.1.9 Switch
OFF the mains when not required.

CLEANING
5.2.1
Clean the outer Surface with Clean
Cloth
5.2.2
Clean the inner surface with wet and
clean cloth before and after use
5.2.3
Wash the Centrifuge Cuvetts with water
5.3
PRECAUTION
5.3.1 Proper handling of the instrument.
5.3.2
Ensure
level and stability.
5.3.3
Balance
centrifuge tubes equally.
5.3.4 Ensure use of rubber cushions for
glass tubes.
5.3.5 Bring speed knob to âOFFâ and increase
speed gradually.
5.3.6 Check carbon brushes periodically
