SOP on Sealing of bottles on Semiautomatic PP Cap Sealing Machine

1.0 Purpose: This SOP describes the procedure for cleaning of a double cone blender.

2.0 Scope: This SOP applies to operating staff of the production department.

3.0 Responsibility:  It is the responsibility of the Production Supervisor to ensure that the procedure is followed.

4.0 Materials and Equipment: None 

5.01 Switch on the mains.

5.02 Put the bottle with P.P. Cap on the platform.

5.03 Press the lever with the foot and lift the platform.

5.04 Press the bottle with P.P. Cap between the rotary sealing blades and platform.

5.05 Check the quality of sealing physically and by rotating the P.P. Cap anti clock wise.
